Maid Services
Our regular office and residential cleaning services are conducted at an affordable price. Cleaning services are available on a weekly, bi-weekly, per month, occasional, or on a one-time basis. Intensive cleans are offered for infrequent, labour-intensive tasks such as spring and fall cleaning, garage cleaning, pre-sale, post-sale and post-construction cleaning.*

For residential cleanings, clients are required to provide the cleaning supplies. We do this because each client has their own needs and preferences. We will, however, gladly provide you with feedback on different supplies. We have lots of opinions about various cleaning agents, vacuums, brooms and mops.

We've designed the following packages and services to suit your individual requirements and budget:

Standard Maintenance Package: This package was designed for the family that requires bi-weekly cleaning services at an affordable price. Your home will receive a thorough surface clean so you don't have to worry about unexpected guests dropping by.

Deluxe Maintenance Package: This package was designed for the home that requires bi-weekly cleaning services, but also requires some extra special clean. If you have an in-home office or workshop, or your children's play room needs special attention, this package is for you. It gives you two additional "major tasks" at a fixed price.

Bachelor Maintenance Package: This package was designed for the home that requires bi-weekly cleaning services, but also requires other attention for the always-on-the-go person. We will clean, shop, provide a meal, and launder your clothes.

Customized Maintenance Clean: Everybody has different needs and preferences. Speak with us about creating a customized package that suits your individual needs and budget. No business is no great or small for us to accommodate.

Laundry Service: In-home laundry service is available. Instead of sending your clothes to be laundered at the dry cleaners, where you are charged per item, have one of our associates come to your home and wash, dry, iron, fold, and put away your entire family's laundry at an affordable price. Ask about our preferred client discount. Also, special arrangements can be made for pick up and delivery for clients who do not have laundry facilities.

House Sitting: Going away on vacation? For a week, maybe two, or even a month? Nicola's Touch associates will come to your home to water your plants, dust your furniture, vacuum, turn on/off lights, re-position drapes and blinds, walk your dog, feed your pet, and pick up your mail.

Bathroom: Clean and sanitize showers, bathtub, toilets, vanities, sinks, backsplashes mirrors, and floors. Polish chrome. Empty waste baskets.
Bedroom: Vacuum carpets. Furniture, television, VCR, pictures, and telephone are dusted. Bed is made and linens changed if left out. Wipe down doors, door knobs, light switches, blinds, window sills, and baseboards. Clean cobwebs from ceiling, ceiling fans, and light fixtures. Wastebaskets are emptied.
Kitchen: Clean and sanitize appliances, counters, backsplashes, cabinets, table and chairs, sinks, appliance exteriors, and interior of microwave. Dust window sills and ledges. Vacuum and wash kitchen floor. Clean baseboards.
Living room: Dust furniture, ornaments, lamps, pictures, telephones, plants, window sills, chair rails, and baseboards. Clean mirrors. Vacuum floor. Empty and clean ashtrays.

Hosting Services
Having a party or other special occasion? All your worries are over! Nicola's Touch will prepare, greet, coat check, serve, and clean up. We will even do the shopping for the event. Our associates are courteous, polite, and come professionally attired in black and white to help with your over all success of your gathering.
